How can we serve you?

Nature of work categorises Dāntotsu being into ‘Strategic Consulting’ and ‘Training’. However, we consider ourselves more aligned towards being ‘Solution Consultants,' as what we do, holistically, and the way we do it is beyond the limited connotation associated with the former tags.

The in-depth and expansive exposure acquired over close to two decades, by working with numerous work groups and industries, give us the confidence to say that ‘we understand the world of human resources like nobody else does.’ We believe, and have experienced, that each and every, simple or complex, human development need, and the desired environmental change around it, has a solution. It is this conviction that has helped us see the possibilities and simultaneously be a self-critique, to arrive at an array of solutions to partner our clients in their learning journey, facilitating the transition in a consultative manner.

The broad category of our services are (a) Training, (b) Strategic Change Interventions (for Organisation Development), and (c) Individual & Group Development Labs. The point to be noted is, the solution is purely based on the organization’s need, its internal and external context, and eventually can be one of these, or combination, or all.

Training

Training interventions are essentially deployed in the organization to develop a particular competency (ies), at the team or the organization level. For instance :

  • Induction program for new joinees to acquaint and align them to the company culture
  • Skill development to help employees excel in the current role as well as aspire to grow further
  • Building cross-functional competencies and collaboration
  • Role or function specific requirement, viz. sales, customer service, engineering, support, etc.
  • Level specific, for instance, field employees, factory workmen or the leadership team
  • Behavioural training to exhibit behaviours aligned to the culture and the brand
  • Training the internal trainers to build organization capabilities, cascade an intervention
  • And more…

The training interventions are designed using established, tried and tested frameworks.

Programmes under this cluster are apt for developing and excelling customer centricity amongst various workgroups, with differing intensity, peculiar to the target audience, business and brand, and their customer breed.

Skills and attitude required for effective leadership and management are developed through programmes under this cluster.

Here the programmes focus on transcending self on parameters like interpersonal communication skills, overall presentation skills, etc.
